Return, Exchange
All products sold by Casemurk are inspected before dispatch. Due to limited inventory and operational constraints, returns are not accepted after delivery, except in approved cases outlined below.
Damaged / Defective Claims

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the order. Please email us at help@casemurk.com to request a cancellation.
Casemurk doesn't offer refunds for orders that have been delivered. We offer a store credit for the products returned to us in their original condition. The store credit will be valid for 12 months.
Final Clause
All requests are subject to strict verification and approval by Casemurk. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request based on product condition and supporting evidence.
NON-REFUNDABLE RETURNS
- Thin cases for iPhone 6, 7, 8, 7, 7 Plus, 8 Plus, X, Xs, Xs Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max
- A product that is being discontinued
- Any other products that are marked as non-returnable,
- mentioned on the product page.
- Products with obvious signs of usage.
- Sale item(s).
- Shipping cost, if ever charged.
- Order placed using store credits.
