Return, Exchange Policy

All products sold by Casemurk are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. Due to limited inventory and operational constraints, returns are not accepted after delivery, except in approved cases outlined below.


Damaged / Defective Claims

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A continuous unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing:
    • Sealed package opening
    • Product condition
    • Shipping label
  • Claims without valid video proof will be rejected

Exchange Eligibility

Wrong Model Ordered

  • Allowed only if the product is:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging with all contents
  • Customer must ship the product using a trackable courier at their own cost

Exchange for Preference

  • Allowed at the sole discretion of Casemurk
  • 20% restocking fee applicable
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

No Refund Policy

  • Casemurk does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances
  • Approved cases will receive store credit only (valid for 12 months)
  • Store credit will be issued within 4–7 working days after inspection and approval

Return Request Requirements

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Mandatory:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Minimum 2 clear product images
  • Product must be in unused, resellable condition with original packaging

Shipping & Liability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • A trackable courier is mandatory
  • Return address will be shared only after approval via email
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Casemurk is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during return transit

COD Policy

  • Refused or non-genuine COD orders may result in:
    • Permanent COD restriction
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to help@casemurk.com within the allowed time window

Non-Returnable Cases

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Products with visible signs of use
  • Items not in original packaging or missing contents
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Discontinued products
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Thin cases for iPhone 6, 7, 8, 7 Plus, 8 Plus, X, Xs, Xs Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max

Final Clause

All requests are subject to strict verification and approval by Casemurk. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request based on product condition and supporting evidence.
